Beth founded Precision Accounting in 1998 with the intention of providing professional tax and accounting services to the Asheville area. Since then, the business has grown exponentially, adding more employees and many more clients. Beth works with both individuals and small businesses, offering tax planning and preparation, financial statement preparation, and tax resolution.
She truly enjoys getting to know each client, giving them personalized customer service, and becoming a trusted advisor. Beth also is a passionate advocate for her clients in tax resolution cases, and has made the process a much less stressful one.
When she’s not crunching numbers, Beth enjoys RV camping with friends and family, kayaking, traveling, and making jewelry.

Rodney came on as Beth’s partner in 2001, joining the Precision Accounting team as a tax preparation specialist. He works with clients on tax planning and consulting, corporate tax return preparation, personal tax return preparation, and accounting.
Rodney likes the personal attention and interaction he has with clients, and he builds lasting relationships with each one. When he’s out of the office, Rodney loves to travel with his wife, especially escaping to the beach.

Since 2014, Sandi has evolved into the Payroll Specialist for Precision Accounting, as well as the Office Manager. Her dual role requires the processing of most client payrolls, some individual tax return preparation, and the day-to-day operations of the office.
Sandi enjoys managing the payroll process from start to finish, and solving any challenges that may arise. Her position as Office Manager provides a diverse and interesting set of tasks, depending on the day.
Her personal hobbies are equally diverse, and include traveling, kayaking, woodworking, reading, and volunteering in the goat barn at the historic Carl Sandburg House.
Since 2017, Richard Moseley has been an accountant at Precision Accounting, Inc.
He is responsible for the day-to-day accounting needs of our clients, and he also prepares individual and business tax returns.
Richard enjoys working with new and established clients, and thrives on providing the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. When he’s not in the office, Richard is often hiking the Blue Ridge Mountains, spending time with his family, or enjoying the winter slopes on a snowboard.

Lynnea has been with Precision Accounting since early 2018, but has been an accountant for more than 30 years. Her depth of knowledge serves our clients well--she brings that expertise to accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, payroll, sales tax, job-costing, and review and analysis reports.
Lynnea truly appreciates the variety of clients with whom she works, and enjoys getting to know each one personally. She learns the client’s business inside and out, and she gets a kick out of unraveling numbers and making them behave.
When she’s not keeping books in the 21st century, Lynnea belongs to a re-enactment group centered on the Middle Ages--her character is a Scot in year 1200. She also enjoys reading historical fiction, crochet and spinning yarn, and trekking through the mountains seeking adventure.
Allison began working with us right out of high school, and after following another path, came back to Precision Accounting in 2018. Since her return, she has served as a receptionist while earning her accounting degree. Along with her administrative duties and her schooling, Allison fulfills all facets of the bookkeeping process for our clients.
Allison enjoys the attention to customer service that is one of Precision Accounting’s strongest core values. She likes working with clients, and she also appreciates her office family.
Outside of work, Allison spends her free time with family and friends.
After owning and operating an S-corp business for 25 years, Cynthia opted to close up shop and go into semi-retirement. Seeking a flexible position that would benefit from all of her small business knowledge and experience, she came to Precision Accounting Services.
Cynthia started with our team in December of 2019, and she is already a critical member of the staff. She keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes, and is the first person most of our clients talk to on the phone or in reception. Cynthia really enjoys the entire team of Precision Accounting, and feels that it’s a great group of coworkers.
Outside of the office, she enjoys the arts--dance, music, and theater--and spending time with her beloved Bichon Frise dogs, Quincy Nathaniel Phipps and Delylah Rose.
Summer has come back to Precision Accounting after pursuing a different career, and she is now an Assistant Accountant with the firm. Summer covers bookkeeping services, individual tax returns, and corporate taxes.
She loves the diverse range of her clients, and also enjoys the camraderie of her co-workers. When she isn’t keeping track of numbers, Summer is a mother to three kids, and likes taking advantage of the area’s amazing food, people watching, walking in the woods, and a good book on a rainy day.
